This is with regards to an ongoing issue with VodafoneIdea recharge done via the Vi app. where the app showed the payment was not received, hence retry was attempted. However the payment was deducted successfully from the account in the first attempt and later showed in the app. the recharge was done twice.

Regarding this issue, there has been numerous communications attempted to VodafoneIdea via,
- Whatsapp
- Customer Support (call / email)
- Appellate (call / email)
Below email trail shows an example of the attempt, with no feedback with a positive outcome that would justify acting and addressing the issue in a timely and committed manner.
The response as per "appellate team" has been pending with some "anonymous team" with no clear timeline and justification in sight. Is this a normal answer ?
- Is this usually a norm for VodafoneIdea to address Application related issues at the expense of Customers Time and Money ?
- Why are the applications not stable enough to handle customers recharge adequately ?
- Besides why are the customer support and the Appellate team so ill equipped and ill trained, to address issues. Seems their goal to close the concern, let alone resolve it ?

This issue has been lingering for over a months time with no action from the appellate team
Hence please help to advise on the following,
- When can this issue be resolved and the amount transferred back to my bank account ?
- What steps will VodafoneIdea take to address the concern, and compensate me for the time and effort spent to unsuccessfully followup and explain the concern to the Support team regularly ?
