I am Ashwini Sharad Shewale from Pune, Maharashtra, India and using vodafone idea network since last ** yrs since my brother left this number after he left abroad
I have been using this number since then as a postpaid customer and now since Feb **th **** I am in oman muscat where I have noticed heavy billed amount by vodafone idea since last four months without any reason neither i have activated any roaming services nor i have used to pick up mobile of any caller i have already lodged a complaint after paying three heavy bills of unreasonably charged to me which even in itemised billing you can check. When a platinum service user is paying bill constantly and VI the service provider is taking undue advantage of it and sending recovery agents to my house in india and plus harassing me deactivating services on the number which i am just using on whats app for OTP and no other reason i feel its shameful act by Vi
i am reputed person and its not matter of money but taking advantage of my genuinely paying last four heavy bills without asking any itemised bill i feel Vi is fooling me since past four months plus now harassing me in covid ** where i can neither interact with your customer service on toll free numbers as its charged here.
Vi needs to understand being a loyal customer and genuinely paying the last four bills for no reason while still harassing a pregnant woman and giving stress is not acceptable at all.
I request TRAI to take strict action against your company for harassing me menatlly and financially making me pay fraud bills which even any person would not pay when seen company is sending fraud charges
Everything is mentioned itemised bill and my app complaint COMPLAINT NUMBER : *-************ Dated **-june-**** at **:** pm Oman Time and my previous complaints in india also for network issues which i have faced during vodafone idea merger.
I hope to expect a proper reply with a statement in consumer court for the same which has been charged to me.
