Lalji Tripathi filed complaint against Vi post paid bill on Apr 17, 2021
My father is using vodofone post paid (now Vi post paid) since ****. The average bill they use to charge is Rs ***. This bill itself was unnecessarily high as my father do not use internet services other than news or some you tube videos and the average use for one month is *.*GB only for a month/day (it is unclear the way they put it in the bill). Last Vi post paid for the month *st March to **st March **** is Rs ***.** for usage *.** GB, which is again unreasonably high. I am unable to bear this injustice. Kindly do help.
