My Vodafone best number is **********. I raised a complaint regarding network issues via twitter. I got a call from +************ on ** July **** at **.** am from vodafone chennai. The one who called was Vikasini. She was abusive and never wanted to listen. She asked trivial questions about roaming and international roaming. When i raised objection of her behaviour and the tone of her language, she started abusing me. She provoked me throughout the conversation. During our conversation, she used an offensive word in english(f**k) twice and disconnected the call saying that she is going to disconnected the call and asked me do whatever i can do to best against vodafone. It was totally rude and offensive behaviour. How can she abuse me with such filthy word without even listening to me best efforst? What was the need to abuse and use such words? Is vodafone encouraging such behaviours as i raise complaints against their network? How can she simply abuse me? Who gave her the right to abuse and use such word in the conversation? This is highly atrocious and needs immediate efforts to reprimand her. This is not the first time this has happened from vodafone tamilnadu appellate team. Already they have abused me more then * times. Last time when i was subjected to such slurs by Sindhu from Vodafone appellate tamilnadu team in August ****. They assured me this will not be repeated again. I wanted clear committment from them that as this has been the issue for more than * times, i needed confirmaion from vodafone in such a way that if they abuse me again they will extend my validity for a year as a punishment for offensive behaviour. Proof attached to this effect. Because i have already mailed all call recordings to vodafone to let them know their committment. I have also attached them in this complaint. Vodafone closed my complaint saying they have apologized. No one has apologized and i need the same person to apologize as this is the *th time i have been abused. I need one year validity as per their earlier committment as a punishment for their behaviour. Thanks.
No apology was made as they have mentioned. If so, ask them to provide proof that they have apologized. They are simply lying and faking replies. Fraud vodafone. Thanks.
