Vodafone Idea Vi network - Poor network access in my area

i live near nahar wale hanumanji temple and my area have very very poor network quality . i use a idea sim and some days ago i recharged it with *** but when i tried to use the data it just dont work because of bad connection. kindly plss fix it in a week or i want refund of my recharge money
