Hi, I purchased an iphone on *th Apr (order id ******) which not delivered even after ** days in spite of calling customer service repeatedly and finally on **th Apr Customer Service said the product is not in stock (although on the website it's still showing in stock) and they suggested to cancel the order. As per their suggestion, the Customer Service cancelled the order on **th Apr. It's been ** days and the refund has not been received even after daily follow-up calls to customer service. Please do the needful to get my refund as soon as possible.
