I had visited VLCC Aundh branch in month of September **** for bridal package.
All the details were taken from me as when is the wedding date, what improvements do I require for wedding.
They had clearly mentioned in their file that wedding date is **th November ****, based on which & as they are experts to decide how many services can be completed in * months of time.
Customer being uneducated in this area, Sabrina Mam mentioned ample of services which will be helpful for me. At the time of discussion she never mentioned that gap between each services should be ** days or more.
She was aware that its not possible to complete these services within stipulated time still she has created a package including this services.
On the very first day she swiped out my card and got the payment done.
I often kept on asking her to lets plan out days as on which date what kind of service I will get to cover all the services before **th November, ** days before wedding and she never sat down to note this and kept on confidently saying that don't worry it will be done.
Bridal package of Rs. *****/- was made wherein I had got Hyaluronic gel of Rs.*****/-
Overall services remains of Rs. *****/-
This is how they fool customers too by saying that the gel is complimentary whereas its charges are included in the package.
Major Services offered on *th September:
*) * TCA
*) * Microgold Botox
*) Botox - * units
*) Peel - *
After paying for such services and on *st TCA peel (done on **th Sep) - the technician said that next peel can happen only after minimum ** days.
Calculating the total number of days required to complete * TCA is minimum * months that is ** days which was impossible to cover before my wedding, considering the gap increases in availing other services too.
More over for *rd TCA service, technician was not available, so Sabrina mam handed it over to any other beautician who didn't even knew how to apply acid on body, she had applied acids on my skin for longer time which resulted into burn marks and even after * months I have those marks yet on my skin - on many places which was clearly visible during my wedding and wedding pictures too.
Sabrina mam didn't even bother to start with the Microgold botox which had to be done with the technician.
Microgold botox requries a gap of **- ** days as well. She had included * MG botox in the package and ultimately she was not able to plan and I haven't even avail a single MG botox service before wedding. It was waste mentioning this service in my package.
Additionally, they guarantee that Botox lasts for * to * months, honestly it gave good result but only for around month or two.

I kept on saying that post wedding I will be relocated to Mumbai, still they didn't focus on customers points and necessity before wedding.
Thus, Total refund expected: Rs *****/- only
I would also require free treatment to clear out my burn marks due to TCA which was done by in-experienced technician.
