I had purchased some items from Vishal Mega Mart on **.**.**** and they give me the carry bag and takes the cost **rs, i want to know shopping mall and other store can't takes the carry bag charges according to the court decision so how can they charged me ** rs for carry bag, ** rs is very high for the cheap carry bag, they takes carry bag charges from every customer who take it, Necessary action should be taken against them.
