- VI Recharge done of amount RS 1197 but unable to use the sms and internet facility Open

Hi, I have done a recharge of Rs****/- in my VI sim on **th April'**** at *.**a.m. but still unable to use the internet and sms from my phone. Made several complains in the costumer care number but they all were unable to solve my issue and each time they are raising complains regarding the same. The onscreen video recording attached herewith, in which the outgoing validity which is showing as **th jun'** which was for my previous recharge done for rs.***/- and the new data , sms and outgoing balance which is ***days still not showing in the app. One customercare executive Mr. Swadhin has talk to me also and said that the benefits (data and sms along with voicecalls) is being credited to your account now by him and to check further in the VI app only after disconnecting the phonecall. But the issue is still there.
I have also lost my **/- (*gb data for one day before ****/- recharge, didn't work for me) and **/- (for main balance top up, also deducted for sms and data usage which is totally illegal) .
I have contacted more than ** times and also mailed them in the mail id- customercare@vodafoneidea.com on **th Apr'** at *.**pm but no response received from then onwards..
I am totally harassed by this activity of vi..
I want VI to compensate me the sum of rupees ****/- (***/-+**+****+**) along with my mental harassment.
