ACTUALLY I HAD VISITED YOUR VODAFONEIDEA STORE AT NATUBHAI CIRLCE, VADODARA, GUJARAT, INDIA.
MY TOKEN NUMBER WAS ***.
THERE ARE SO MANY CUSTOMER CARE COUNTERS AT STORE BUT MAXIMUM STAFFS WERE STAND AT DOWN STAIRS FOR POSTPAID NEW CONNECTIONS ONLY AND THERE WAS NOT STAFFS FOR CUSTOMER QUERY.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
