I received Rs ***** from vendor for my flight ticket cancellation but got stuck on Mobikwik side. Registered complaint, sent email and dialed to customer care of Mobikwik many times and every time got answer that it will take * to ** working days. It is already passed * month. But not resolved. Even I asked that if you are facing technical challenge to transfer my returned money to my credit card then please transfer same amount to my mobikwik wallet so I can use for other expenses but that also not done from Mobikwik. Look like they do not want to return my money. Please careful such fraud company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
