I order the above product from vlebazaar.in ( twitter: @vlebazaar_in) on **/**/****. I have received the old used product and returned the product to them but i have still not refunded the amount. I called them many times also communicated with them on twitter/email multiple times but no luck. They have many complaints against them regarding duping the customers.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
