Hero Motors - Vehicle service not done

I purchased the Hero Mastero edge last year. I did not do my second service due to fewer kilometres of travel. I went to Hero motors after I reach kilometres as they refused to do because I did not take the vehicle in time. They showed some rules and done the third service. I said I did not reach kilometres how can you do the third service. They behaved inappropriately. I want my service to be done or else file a consumer complaint against your company.
