Hero motors - Unauthorised service people offering hero motors vehicle a first service

Sir I have purchased hero pleasure from Ambal motors, nerkundram, Chennai.
They called me often to give my vehicle for the first service. I thought they were also a hero an authorised service centre and gave my vehicle. They charged me above the norms of hero motors service shedule.
I complained to Chennai hero motors head office.they respond to me that they are not authorised service centre so next time give it to authorised service centre. fine , my complain is, we comman people dont go on for investigation which is authorised or un authorised service centre. they called me for the first service, billed me did not enter in the manual book got excess. Money.
