we cancelled our trip to nainital because of the series of irresponsible behaviour and issues noted before the start of the trip from Travel Triangle.

Mr. Anil of Virat tourism is one who was in touch with me as coordinator for the trip.

We shared the trip details to driver/owner Mr.
Pradeep Goel at ** :** pm on **.**.**** when he called to me.
Also I had shared the address with him through text and whatsapp informing him the address.
I noticed that the person didn't reply to my messages and whatsapp so I called him about ** pm on **.**.**** a number of times but then he did not replied.
Considering the fact that I had shared the contact and address with concerned driver , I continued further ....
Travel day I.e. **th August morning .
I waited till *:** am and then my wife called him since the driver didn't arrive at the communicated time at communicated place.
After series of waste attempt to contact driver ,he didn't reply.
As emergency contact of Travel Triangle we contacted Mr.anil of Virat Touriam and here is the start of full drama from *:** am approx.
Initially he started blaming us for not intimating him for non receipt of call by driver but I am surprised to hear this from the person who was suppose to coordinate and fix the trip.
After few minutes he assured us for alternative driver and car .He shared *-* contact numbers for the drivers but everyone told that they are owners of car my driver will come...other person on referral contact again said I am the owner my driver will call...and this happened after intimation from Mr.anil at *am approx that driver is on the way and he will come in next * mins at my location.Also to the person whose contact no. Was share by Mr.Manoj (second driver) said he too is the owner and his driver will come , but he asked us to share the reason and he started asking unnecessary details.
Considering the series of persons and response and the irresponsible behaviour of whole team we lost our faith in your travel agency and thus asking refund...
And Mr Anil also asked to pay **** cash to driver which was not possible to pay cash to any unknown driver and without any proof of payment and we did not find faithful to pay in cash.

Considering situation I hope atleast travel triangle who is disappeared after taking payment, will help and issue full refund, but its around a year that travel triangle has not made any proper redressal of the issue.
Being aggrived person who lost payment by way of advance i will urge all the travellers not to make any payments in advance to these types of agency as after taking payments they donot support customer if things donot go well because of their mistakes and in turn blame customers and trouble customer only.
