I Booked A KIA Seltos HTX Petrol White On **th Day Of October **** With A Booking Amount Of Rs **,*** Paid In Cash. The Dealer Promised Us To Deliver Vehicle On Or Before **th November ****(Dhanteras) But Till Date (**th December ****) My Vehicle Has Not Been Delivered To Me Neither Have I Received Any Communication Stating Delivery Date. I Have Also Complained In The Company's Helpline Number By Calling Them And Even Mailing Them My Concerns But No Resolution Has Been Provided To Me Till Now. When I Am Asking Dealer Or Company To Provide Me A New Delivery Date They Are Not Doing So. When I Checked My Booking Receipt, I Found That They Wrote Up To ** Days Waiting Period And Even That Time Period Is Over By Now. That Said, It Means They Are Not Even Adhering To Delivery Date They Gave It To Me In Writing. Due To Pandemic Public Transport System Is Disrupted And I Am Facing A Lot Of Problems In Travelling. Over And Above That I Have To Daily Call Them But No Solution Is Given To Me. I Have Asked For A Date Of Delivery Several Times But Not Once Have They Provided It To Me. I Am In Urgent Need Of Vehicle As Travelling In Public Transport Is Not Safe And Travelling In Two Wheeler Is Taking A Toll On My Health. Also I Am Being Mentally Harassed As No Delivery Date Is Being Provided To Me Despite Several Calls And Email. They Took Booking Amount On The Basis Of False Promise And Now My Money Is Jam As Even If I Want To Cancel Booking I Cannot Because Other Companies Have Their Own Waiting Time And I Am In Dire Need Of Vehicle. I Thereby Request You To Help Me Out And Get Me My Vehicle Delivered. I Am Attaching Booking Receipt And Copy Of Email That I Sent To Company On **rd November **** To Which No Satisfactory Response Has Been Provided To Me. Also I Have Call Recording Of Complaint That I Made To Them And Of Dealer Who Accepts That They Are At Fault And I Am Ready To Share It If Needed. Also The Showroom Official and Manager Mr Sudip Sarkar is pressurising me to take back complaint at Kia and they are closing my complaint lodged with the company without providing any solution.
Also I Feel That By Delaying Vehicle Company Is Trying To Earn More Profit As Prices For Car Generally Rise In January. I Was Supposed To Get Car In November Or December And Now I Will Be Forced To Pay Prise Of January Which Will Be More.
