Kia Motors India Private Limited - Menufecturing Default in Kia Seltos not getting resolved

I have Purchased Kia Seltos In Dec **** with * years Warranty. In August **** I started facing issues in pickup and mileage of my car. It also started showing Signal of EXHAUST system check light.i visited Kia service centre patiala( *** kms far from my home location) in *st week of September for repair of my vehicle. Service centre done required repairs after retaining vehicle for * days. somehow I managed to go and come back from my hometown in Public transport. After three days I got my vehicle after repairs. Same day, i started facing same issues again.I again contacted service centre. They asked me to come back again service centre (which is *** kms from my hometown).After *nd visit they told me that Catalic Converter of my car has some menufecturing defaults and part needs to get replaced which is out of stock and it will be in stock after ** days.I demanded Demo car till date so that my normal day to day tasks not get affected due to non availability of vehicle. But they denied and also suggested me to run vehicle with faulty parts.After ** days I contacted again service centre but again they said that part will come in one week time or before **th sept ****. I again contacted service centre on given date but they said that we can't said the date when the part will come and we can just wait for your Part.They stopped picking my calls.I also contacted kia India customer service number and mail but they also didn't gave satisfactory reply. I am running car with faulty parts and due to transmission problems there is extreme chances of any accident. Now I requests:

*. replacement of faulty parts as soon as possible.

*. I am running car with faculty parts, reduced mileage and reduced transmission which affect my pocket also.

*. Compensation for harrasment I have suffered and losses I have incurred due to faulty vehicles.

*. A strict action against kia India Pvt Ltd which do not care about the customer problems due to the menufecturing defects in the vehicle.
