I was in a car accident on **st Aug'** and
opened a claim with United India Insurance company ltd through
Hyundai service centre because of a Insurance policy that I have taken.
I had to pay for the total repair since cashless was not available
for this inusrance povider on **th Sep'**. I was told that
I would get the reimbursement within ** -** days, but the assigned surveyor
asked for few documents like three sets of repair invoice (service center assured me that they already shared a copy before),
my bank statement (after I provided a cancelled check on the same day I paid the repair amount).
I started checking my claim status in the online portal (https://uiic.co.in/). Status was "Waiting for surveyor report" till **rd Oct'**,
on that day I received a SMS saying "Received surveyor report and Claim is under process" and till this day it is the same.
I tried to reach out to customer care number (**** *** *** **), most of the time it says busy and rarely when it rings, nobody answers.
I also tried to reach to Bangalore OD hub branch number from grievances link as this was mentioned as the branch in the online claim portal
when I checked for the claim status.
**K is not a small amount for me, I had spoken to surveyor, service center, Policy bazaar (took the policy from them), tried to reach United India so many times in the toll free number.
Despite all of this, I still didn't get my reimbursement.
If you could help me expedite the process and get that amount I spent, that would be really helpful
