My Mother has insurance under the corporate scheme from United India Insurance Company Limited managed by Mdindiaonline.com. She passed away in October and the insurance company has still not released the claim amount for the cost paid in the hospital. The hospital provided the reason for death as Celphos poisoning and insurance company is not considering this for reimbursement. There is no clause in insurance which stops them to settle the payment. Please help.
