Zoom Car India Pvt Ltd - Vehicle downgrade amount

I booked my car that was scorpio for ** dec **** and just before the trip i got the message that my car is not available. I booked that scorpio for ***** rupees and then i saw alternate car option which was available and i booked swift dzire and clearly it was mentioned there that i will get the vehicle downgrade amount that was ***** rupees as clearly there is a huge difference between a * seater Scorpio and a * seater swift dzire. After that still on my zoom car app i was not able to see the vehicle downgrade amount it was still showing ***** then after that i contacted zoom car customer support and then someone from the customer support team told me that once i complete my trip the vehicle downgrade amount will be refunded back to me. And when i completed my trip I didn’t get any confirmation so again i called the customer support and then they told me that there is no vehicle downgrade amount as the swift dzire is of the same cost of scorpio. I simply informed them about everything and still these scammers are not even concerned about this issue. I’m raising a request daily on zoom car application and even I’m sending emails and even called them they are not even doing anything and every time they just simply send the mail that our team will look into your issue and will get back to you in ** to ** hours and they close my ticket and I didn’t get any call or any emails from them about my issue. Its already been a month now these bastards are trying to scam me and not giving my money. I’m also attaching the screenshot of the price list of the car for the same time period in which i booked scorpio and instead of that i got swift dzire and there you can clearly see the price difference. How can i trust zoom car now if they are just simply taking money from customer and trying to scam them. Zoom car is fraud and all they do is they scam people. This is the worst company I’ve ever seen my life worst customer service experience and very poor management.
