I have booked a air ticket from Chandigarh to Srinagar on ** Apr **** vide reference no UPI/DR/************/veertrip/ICIC and order id no ******** the amount of Rs *,*** deducted from my account but no PNR no & e ticket allotted to me, status of both reflected as FAILED. I have mailed, WhatsApp, call to their registered id/no, but no any response received so far from their end & their no is always stay busy/call disconnected. My deducted amount is not refund till date. Please do the needful action.
