I have booked a air ticket from Delhi to Guwahati vide reference no ************ and order no ********.
The amount of Rs ****/- deducted from my account but no PNR number and E ticket allotted to me, status of both reflects as FAILED
The company is not responding to emails, helpline number and WhatsApp
