Paid first installment Rs **** to Vedantu on Jun **th and the account was deactivated on **th Jul as I have not made the second payment as I am not satisfactory with the service they provide, I have raised for Refund till now I have sent more then ten reminders and shared account number they are not at all responding emails. When I call customer care getting same answer we will process your refund in * working days or send mail to vcare@vedantu.com, but they are not carring about it.
