Vedantu com - No refund from vedantu

I enrolled my son for pro classic training at vedantu on **th July. But since the information provided by their sales team and the academic team were not matching and the class timings informed and the actual were not corroborating and overlapping were there, we initiated for a refund on **th july,****. Till now we have not received our refund. Whenever we call the customer care, we are told it will take *-* days. There is no proper grievance redressal system to handle customer complaints.
