Booked Indigo airlines ticket for two from Rajkot to Lucknow on **th Dec for **th Feb. Varafi.com generated tickets with fake PNR and canceled last minute the booking just before check-in was to open. Came to know from Indigo the tickets were fake. Had to book over expensive tickets to travel and Varafi said a refund had been issued. It has been more than ** days and still no refund has been issued.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
