I have booked a ticket through varafi.com for the journey from CBE to Mumbai on **-**-****. After booking, have received a mail from them that the ticket got aborted and the refund will be affected soon. Even after writing to them on so many occasions and calling their customer care, no action is evident for refunding the amount. I doubt the credibility of the company now. The call centre executives also speak in the same manner/conversation whenever I call, as if they all are trained to do so in dragging the issue without resolving it.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
