Myntra - used product with no price tags

Received what seemed like USED with NO PRICE TAGS tights earlier this month, so requested for a return through a series of mails as the PROCEED option for returns was unavailable even though the purchase date has not crossed **days (**days for returns is the limit in MYNTRA). Considering the reputation MYNTRA bore and the genuine reason stated, I expected the issue to be resolved, but to my surprise it has been rejected right away with what should be their tag line "sorry we can not do anything about it". Its heart pinching when your hard earned money has no value to it.
As a loyal yet indignant consumer I expect the product "Women Charcoal Grey AS W NK PWR TGHT STUDIO GOOD Running Tights" by NIKE which I purchased from MYNTRA bearing ORDER NO: *******-*******-******* to be accepted for return and refunded
