Hi Team,
I have placed an order #********* and I received the package today with the receipt order No ORD-*********.
But the product inside the shipment were not sealed also the scalp nourishing oil was leaked and the bottle was */* empty left with only quater oil in the bottel. I'm sharing the photo copy of the shipment received.
Second product was also not sealed, even the conditioning masque was also leaked.
I want the replacement of the product or please take back the product as I'm not satisfied with the service you have provided.
I received a call from your delivery partner for the return pickup of the product. But why I was not notified about this via SMS or email.
Someone has to send an notification if you have worked on my case or ticket. But no information from you guys.
To double check I called the customer care and got confirmation that the product return is picked up and you will process the refund within ** hours.
But I want this information to be sent to me either by sms or email.
It has been ** days I registered a complaint and still I haven't received any refund or reply to my complaint
