Kaya Clinic - Double charged on product

I am following up since * weeks they have charged me double for a product i bought from khoregaon Park pune centre. There scanning machine had a glitch and i had to scan twice in seperate QR machine and i have statement saying paid to Kaya. Their manager Prathemesh is saying i can see only once in my statement i dont know what kind of scam they are running i have raised ticket with their HQ and shared april bank statement and gpay screenshots. But they are just postponing saying the same is in progress. Pathetic management and customer service. They have not refunded my money
