I am here to inform you that from *th May I am unable to login to my Flipkart account. I tried everything like forget the password, login through otp but Flipkart system does not allow me to login to my account. It happens after when I requested to return an electronic product i.e soundbot sb*** Bluetooth speaker that was faulty and used (deo is sprayed all over the speaker, dirty marks of usage is found all over the speaker). When I play music it's sound start cracking for which I requested a replacement but instead of providing resolution to faulty and used product Flipkart seller rejected my replacement request. Flipkart system blocks me from login. I had made payment for this order using Flipkart pay later (like a credit card). Instead of providing new and unused product Flipkart cancelled my replacement request without examining the case. I got the faulty and used product. I raised replacement request for same within ** days grace period offered by Flipkart. What's wrong with Flipkart. It's their policy to provide new product if the product is not as per standards. They immediately blocked me from login to my account so that I cannot return this faulty and used product. I am also attaching a snapshot of the received product I got from Flipkart. I also got SMS that seller is unable to fulfil my replacement request. Why the seller will be fulfilling this when he is knowing that he is delivering a faulty and used product that was sent by the seller. Flipkart team ask me that my issue related to the speaker will be resolved by a concerned team within ** hours and I will get a call or email regarding same from Flipkart. But instead of getting any call or email I got a message of rejection of my replacement. How they can do this in the grace period offered by Flipkart. They break their own policy and blaming the customer for the same. Even that Flipkart send me mail that my Order no. OD****************** is cancelled by their system. I am unable to login my account they said in their email. For cancelled order how they can demand money. If an order is cancelled by their system and they are not pick up the product then it's their fault how they can demand money to me. Now they start harassing me to pay the pay later amount of Rs **** (including fine). Even my account is still blocked. They are forcing me to pay for this used product otherwise they will take legal action.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
