Subject: Request for Refund Due to Non-Delivery of Services - Ignite Pro Program
Dear Flipkart Ignite Pro Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to formally request a refund for the Rs. ****/- payment made for the Ignite Pro program, as the services promised to have either been only partially delivered or not delivered at all. Below is a summary of the issues we are currently facing for which I have hired a Layer and with the help of him initially I will send you a legal notice. Legal notice will be delivered in * days
Program Details:
• Payment Amount: Rs. ****/- (Including **% GST)
• Program Duration: **-**-**** to **-**-****
• Registered Contact: [Your Contact Information]
Issues:
*. Growth Sessions: Only one growth session has been completed. We believe that we have not subscribed your plan for growth which hardly runs for * hours.
*. Ad Credit: The promised INR **** ad credit is not showing in the advertisement wallet.

*. Catalog Creation: Despite it being ** days since the start of the program, there has been no assistance or progress on catalog creation for ** products. We have sent multiple emails and raised numerous tickets, yet no action has been taken by the coordinator or the Flipkart team. We have not seen such a irresponsible time in our life. It is our hardly earned money and no buddy can snatch from us even if the program is noon refundable. The money was paid to delivered the services but not to donate it to Flipkart if the services are not there then its responsibility of Flipkart to step in or provide refund.
No call from Coordinator even after send him multiple emails and call support team to arrange the call.
*. The name of dedicated Irresponsible Manager is – Abhijeet Chauhan- aegis.********@partner.flipkart.com. Preeti - aegis.********@partner.flipkart.com
*. Webinar Training Sessions: The link sent for webinar are not working even some of the working links showed that no live sessions available currently.
*. Inbound Call Service: We have attempted to use the inbound call service at *********** is similar to their teammates they also are unresponsive.
*. Outbound Call from Coordinating Manager: There have been no outbound calls from the coordinating manager as promised. In fact, we are having to chase the coordinating manager continuously, with no proactive communication from their side.
*. Rich Product Description: If the listing is not happening then how the rich product description will come. None of the promised rich product descriptions for * FSNs have been created, and there seems to be no effort to get this done.
*. Image Editing- The coordinator has taken images on *rd day but after that he hasn’t yet come.
Request for Refund:
Given the lack of services delivered and the poor experience thus far, we are left with no option but to request a full refund of Rs. ****/-. We are deeply disappointed with the program's management, as we have observed many other sellers experiencing the same frustrations and regrets.
Please process the refund at the earliest and confirm the same. If this issue is not resolved promptly, we will be compelled to escalate the matter to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
Also if the Plan mention that the amount is non-refundable then the plan also says that above services will be provided but unfortunately not provided. Hence we don’t have time to follow up with Flipkart seller team and to say please help us. We have paid money to avail services but not donated this money.
There are so many sellers on youtube who are crying on the opting this plan.
