I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order, Hard Body Set of * Luggage * Wheels - Nicobar Hard-Sided Dual Tone Polypropylene Luggage Set of * Blue and Grey Trolley Bags (**, ** & ** cm) - Blue, Grey.
Despite multiple attempts to return this order, I have been unsuccessful. The order was marked as "open box delivery," but the delivery executive handled the entire process without our involvement, leaving us with a misguided and subpar product.
I have attached photos of the product to substantiate my claim.
I kindly request you to expedite the refund process. The return period has unfortunately expired due to the multiple failed return attempts. I had to resort to contacting customer care to initiate a new return request.
I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a swift resolution.
