Upgrad.com - Upgrad is not cancelling loan

Respected Sir/ Madam,
I got enrolled in upgrad.com for the DevOps course for Feb **th, **** batch. The counselor told me initially we are going to help and upgrade my Software testing skill so I have enrolled on Feb *rd,****. They have provided a loan from Credit fair for *,**,*** as I paid the down payment of rs *****. The course actually started on March *th,**** and during the welcome webinar, the educator informed me that this is only Development course nothing related to Software testing. Immediately I informed the academy that I do not want to proceed further as I am not interested in the course and to cancel my course and asked for a refund through the student contact support. but I got a reply only on **rd March **** that they cannot cancel my course and refund the amount as the class is started. I stood for my rights and went back and forth by raising my situation to grivence depart. The tech buddy whom the academy had assigned called and informed me stating they are in process of refunding my money and got the same communicated through the email. but nothing happened. I have paid * EMI's of ***** each month. After * months of going with them, they have replied they won't cancel my course instead I can take up any other course. They have only a development course which I am not interested at all. Ms. Aprita Patel who used to call me and give me updates suddenly stopped picking up my call and also they have removed me from the telegram course group for the same. I have all the corresponding emails.

I need a refund and cancellation of my loan. I am going through so much mental torture past * months.

Please help me. I wanted to complain against them and through google, I have found your website. Please help.
