This is regarding the POCO X* which I have recently purchased. I have purchased same on **/ ** / ****, Friday. Unfortunately it got dropped but luckily from a very low height with low impact, still inspite having silicon back cover provided in the box it’s back glass got crashed badly. I requested replace or a full repair but they are not willing to. I understand it’s physical damage but this kind of poor quality was not expected at all.
