I purchased a Poco X* Pro Mobile in June ****. my phone stopped working on **/Nov/**** so therefore I took my device to the MI authorized service center on **/Nov/****. my device is in warranty. still I haven't got any update regarding my mobile so far. I have called to the Poco service center number of times still they just say one thing we will get back to you ASAP. I want my full money back as well as my data because my device stopped working in warranty period. complain #woin************** against Service center which was registered by me over the call. Kindly look into it on priority.
