Dear team, I bought my Mivi bluetooth speakers online in June from Amazon. It was working well until in August, it stopped responding. I lodged a complaint to customer executives, replaced the product as it had manufacturing defects after ** days of tedious follow-ups on mails and return process.
Now, Again the product is showing the same defects and is not working. I firmly believe the product they are selling is below par quality. Moreover, customer service is not responding to mails on timely basis even after my continuous mails after the deadline expiration
I am frustrated, annoyed and feels mentally harassed by going through the process again,
So, I want to complaint about
Selling below par quality/defective products
Mental tension by irresponsible customer executives.
P.S My products is under * year warranty.
