I decided to buy this product based on the high reviews and moderate pricing when compared to other established players in the market. My Proven water purifier arrived on time and I connected with the company provided call centre for installation. That’s when I got to know that they don’t have dedicated company technicians and the company engages local technicians of the area for installation and service? I checked with technician when he arrived for installation and he had no clue on the technology used and details about the product! Unfortunately the specifications mentioned on Flipkarts product details page(which I used for ordering the product) did not match the real size and hence the product was not fitting my kitchen cabinet. I tired contacting proven company in WhatsApp but they were not responding to my text as well as calls. Very unprofessional service. Feels like you’re cheated. Should always go for established/ proven players in the market as I found out that support/afer sales support never reach the expected quality standards for these companies. Always be careful when buying expensive products and best buy it offline as support/ return can be a hassle. My return requests are getting rejected by Flipkart as they are saying I have used the product for ** hours!! The product is not even installed. Fourth return request canceled even after providing exact measurements indicating the specs were wrong in the products page. These days it is very hard to place a return request as I found out as Flipkart just cancels the return request saying silly reasons and all you can do is call the support customer service and place the request again..it loops back and you are stranded yet again..just be double sure and thoughtful when you purchase online. Lessons learned. Thanks.
