I Got This Order Delivered By Flipkart On **th October ****. Box Was Opened By Flipkart Delivery Person And All Items Were There And No Physical Damages Found. The Monitor Was Installed Same Day And Found That There Is No Display On The Screen Except Some Crack Like Lines. The Issue Was Reported To Flipkart Same Day I.E., On **/**/****, The Flipkart Customer Service Directed To Contact Samsung Customer Service On At *************, Contacted Samsung Customer Service And Samsung Schedule The Technician Visit On **th October **** (Refer Attached Snap Shots From My Phone). The Samsung Technician Supposed To Visit On **th October Came On **th October And Inspected The Item And Issued Job Sheet Saying Display Screen Damage. And Asked Me To Contact Flipkart For Return/Replacement. Then I Called Flipkart Multiple Times, But Every Time The Customer Service Suggesting To Contact Samsung. At Last I Approached Samsung Again On **th October Reported The Issue Again And Another Technician Was Assigned On **th October, After Inspection Even This Technician Gave The Job Order Report Mentioning The Same Defect As It Was Mentioned Earlier. Then After Reporting The Issue With The Escalation Team At Flipkart Customer Service On **th October, The Problem Was Thoroughly Understood By Mr. Rhiu (Customer Support From Escalation Team) And Immediately Updated In The System That A Technician From Flipkart Will Visit Before **th October For Inspection And To Collect Information As Received From Samsung Technician As And If Necessary And The Product Will Be Replaced On Or Before **nd October. The Flipkart Technician Representative (From Jeeves) Visited On **th October At Around **.**pm, Inspected And Took Photos And Also Took Both Job Sheets Issued By Samsung Technicians. So Later I Observe That Flipkart Simply Updating The Scheduled Replacement On **nd October To Cancelled Replacement/Resolved Without Any Update To Me Through Their Customer Service. After My Further Escalations With Flipkart Team For The Replacement/Return Of This Monitor, Flipkart Customer Service Demanding System Generated CSR (Customer Service Record) Copies From Samsung Without Any Hand Written Text. I Took This Issue With Samsung And Requested For A System Generated CSR, But It Is Clarified By Samsung That This Is Not Possible, The CSR Is Issued By Their Engineer/Technician When They Visit The Customers Place And The Information Will Be Filled Manually Only After Inspection And This Is The Standard Protocol And Samsung Had Never Issued Any System Generated CSRs To Any Issues Which Are Inspected By Their Engineers/Technicians. On Further Escalation With Samsung Technical Team, They Arrange To Send Their Technician Once Again On **st October, Who Further Inspected The Item In Full Detail And Given Another CSR As Attached For Your Reference. Also The Samsung Technical Team Clarified That This Display Screen Internal Crack Has Occurred Due To Negligence In Handling By Flipkart Delivery And Not A Manufacturing Defect And Hence Could Not Be Covered Under Warranty. As Flipkart Repeatedly Demanding Clear Comment And Authentication. I Had Discussed This With The Samsung's Technical Team Manager And Was Able To Get This Updated CSR Copy From Samsung, Where They Have Clearly Mentioned The Issue And Authenticated By Providing Their Stamp On This CSR. I Really Don't Understand Why Flipkart Is Not Taking Proper Care To Resolve This Issue. When The Received Product Having Internal Display Damage Due To Mishandling By Flipkart Delivery Then Why Am I Made To Run Pillar To Post Between Flipkart And Samsung? Could This Be Looked By A Senior Team And Resolve This Issue By Replacing The Damaged Piece With A New One. Herewith Attached Pictures Of The Monitor And Job Sheets Issued By Samsung Technicians For Your Reference For Clear Understanding And Necessary Action.
