I had a Home loan from Bajaj Finserve. I wish to close down it and for the same I have requested the company to provide me with the foreclosure amount letter on **nd Mar ****. Even after multiple follow-ups on emails and customer care I did not receive the same. I have visited local Indore Bajaj office also for the same purpose but they denied to provide the same and asked for coordinate with customer care only. After long rigorous follow up I got the foreclosure letter on ** Apr ****. Surprisingly in provided foreclosure company has charged the interest for more than ** days. The delay of this excess of ** days i. e. from ** Mar to ** Apr is from Bajaj Finserve side as they have not provided the foreclosure amount letter in ** days. Still, they have charged interest for the same period. When I have raised a complaint regarding this nobody from the company side has responded to my complaint.
