I had a Kotak credit card for which I was given an upgrade now while upgrading the card there was no mention of charges for the same and then * months after delivering new card they randomly changed **** and as had exhausted the limit of my card they changed me additional *** for exceeding limit. I have tried contacting them but none of the nos are reachable
