Dhananjay Singh filed complaint against Kotak Mahindra Bank Credit card on Jun 1, 2023
I have received a call for credit card in march which was free of cost and no annual fees will be charged by bank said by kotak customer executive and I have the call recording for the same.
But after * month kotak is charging me a annual fees which is unethical.
My request is to reverse the annual fees charge.
