TVS - Unknowingly i paid for some ones emi

Hi,
I am paying emi's of one of my friend usually at idbm bank. His name is Tharakunata akhil. So today i got a notification form your tvs credit on Google pay - to pay emi of thathannagari akhil ( Agreement number AP****CD*******).
After i saw notification i thought this was regular notification from idbm bank and i paid the amount of ****.**.
I need to compaint for please refund my back to my account.
