I purchased a **** Nissan Magnite XE on **th June **** from ETCO Nissan in Thane, MH. I was promised that this base model would include the following safety features: Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), Hill Start Assist (HSA), Traction Control System (TCS), Hydraulic Brake Assist (HBA), and a Tyre Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS).
After receiving the vehicle I discovered that my new car doesn't have any of these features. I am seeking a full refund, plus **% interest, Legal fees, and the damage of mental trauma this has caused. This is a matter of safety to my family and these unfair trade practices have brought must mental anguish as the dealer and manufacturer have not made this right.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
