Nissan Motor India Private Limited - Compensation for Vehicle Breakdown

My vehicle (Nissan Terrano bearing RC no. HR**CG****) met with an accidental breakdown on *th October ****, due to grave negligence of workshop staff at Vertex Nissan service center which they don't acknowledge despite of sharing all the evidence. I and my family had a narrow escape and underwent mental harassment besides incurring breakdown repair expense amounting to Rs. **** (round off). I want a genuine apology by Vertex Nissan service center management and a refund of breakdown expense incurred by me due to their sheer negligence. I have attached all the email communication thread exchanged by me with the Vertex Nissan CRM and Nissan India customer care representatives in this regard. This includes the last mail sent by me to CRM of Vertex Nissan that is also copied to MD - Mr. Rakesh Srivastava for escalation. However, there has been no response/action taken by Vertex Nissan so far. Also, the invoice of breakdown repair and last service carried out at Vertex Nissan service center are attached for your reference. Request you to kindly take up this complaint with Vertex Nissan and provide me compensation at the earliest.
