Tata Motors - Unfair registration delivery of defective Tata Nexon EV vehicle

KHT Motors, Domlur registered & sold a defective EV vehicle (Chasis no. MAT******PLJ*****) for which I have been running pillar to post to get the issues rectified. More than ** defects were flagged at the time of delivery on May **, **** which was supposed to be a Brand New Car. I have made multiple visits to their workshop (since May **, ****) to get the issues rectified. Workshop took *-* weeks to address the first set of issues which included numerous follow-ups with multiple authorities.

I have sent a written notice (not Legal) to KHT Motors, Domlur and, Tata Motors, Mumbai on Jun **, **** to which I have not received any reply till date.

After running the vehicle for some ***+ KMs, new defects were reported and had to drop the vehicle once again at the workshop on Jun **, ****. Workshop took * week to fix these issues only to find that some of them are still not fixed.

Additionally, dealer tried to sell a wrong Wall Charger with this vehicle. After a rigorous follow-up with the dealer and KHT Sales Head Office, the correct charger was delivered to my residence on May **, ****.

I have posted about my ordeal on X (Twitter) too but, the only resolution I am getting is to get the defects fixed under warranty from the Workshop. Its been * months now and I am still not satisfied with this Sale and the resolution being offered. I feel cheated and mentally harassed due to this whole episode which still remains open.
