Bought a new Tata Punch AMT Car, took delivery on *rd Feb **. From day one car is shuttering and jerking in D and R. clutch plate worn out, driven * days - ** kms. Clutch wear & tear out of warranty goodwill repair done. Why do i accept a faulty car as i have bought a new car. The car had manufacturing defects from day * itself which i very well known to Tata. TATA MOTORS Fraud and cheating openly.
