Subroto Bhattacharjee filed complaint against ADITYA BIRLA CAPITAL PVT LTD on Oct 12, 2020
On *st of October an unexpected amount of *****.** INR was deducted from my account, I filed a complaint in HDFC bank and to Aditya Birla Sunlife.
I got a response from HDFC bank saying it was deducted as per the mandate form submitted for Policy *********, but it was supposed to be deduct on *th of October again with premium of * Lakh around, which was too deducted correctly on *th October and received Payment receipt as well.
But I haven't got any information for ** K nor received any payment, again on my account i can see some different name as well.
I am following with them from last ** days, but didn't receive a single reply, hence looking for help and suggestion here.
