- Under AMC air conditioner not attended Open
Godrej Split AC under AMC. On 6th May'19, I logged the complaint. On a 7th first visit for inspection (Gas problem). On 8th supposed to visit for the Gas refill. On 8th message received will attend on 10th. On 10th again message received will attend on 13th. On 10th I call to customer care to escalate the issue and they give assurance to call back in 30 min after discussing with the service centre and call not received. On 13th I again message received will attend on 15th. On 13th I call to customer care they arranged to call back with a senior person which not received. On 14th again message could not attend "Door Locked".
No contact details mentioned for coordinate nor call received and finally, ticket closed from the service centre. After several calls and follow up now an 8th day where AC issue not fixed. I need resolution and extension in my AMC till issue not resolve. It's delayed from the service centre and customer care due to their very pathetic service.

I bought a refrigerator last June 2018 and it has a warranty of 1 year. After 15 days purchasing of the refrigerator, it has the cooling issue and it resolved temporarily by Godrej technicians. They are not able to resolve the issue permanently...
