I have registered a complaint on **th Dec , technician visit same day and said to me need to replace main door and taken advance money for parts but till the have not received any parts or service area manager and technician both are not responding. In coustomer care get only one reply talk to service manager only.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
