Wakefit - Undelivered Furniture and False Updates by Wakefit and Delhivery

I placed an order for * beds and * bedside tables from the Wakefit store in Manimajra on **th October ****, but I have not received * beds and * tables even after a month (as of **th November ****).
The delivery service, handled by Delhivery, has been providing false and misleading status updates for over ** days. The Delhivery app alternates between showing “Arriving Today” or “Arriving Tomorrow” without any actual delivery attempts. For some products, the app now states "Lost" or "Returned to Warehouse" without any prior communication or updates.
I personally visited the Wakefit store in Manimajra to cancel the orders and request a refund. However, I was informed that the orders cannot be canceled as they have not been shipped or delivered yet. This is extremely frustrating as I have been left waiting without any resolution while my money remains locked.
Additionally, my family has suffered due to the lack of basic furniture for the last ** days, causing great inconvenience and discomfort.
Demands:
I demand an immediate refund for all pending orders.
I demand appropriate compensation for:
Financial stress caused by the delay and locked funds.
The physical and emotional inconvenience caused to my family due to the delayed delivery.
I request accurate and transparent updates about my orders and delivery timelines.
If these issues are not resolved within ** hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer court for negligence, harassment, and misrepresentation by Wakefit and Delhivery.
Resolution Sought:
Full refund for undelivered orders.
Compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Immediate action against Delhivery for their unprofessional behavior and false updates.
